REQUIREMENTS: Completed Elementary Education; Reservist Certificate; 6 months of experience in the field; Proficiency in painting services; Practical knowledge of general building maintenance. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Execute corrective, preventive, predictive, installation/support/project/improvement/transportation service order routines; 2\. Prepare surfaces to be painted, such as sanding, cleaning, and applying filler or plaster, to ensure a perfect finish; 3\. Execute special painting techniques, such as textured, marble-effect, sponge-painted, and other techniques, according to project specifications; 4\. Protect and isolate areas adjacent to surfaces to be painted, such as floors, furniture, and objects, to prevent damage; 5\. Repair and treat imperfections and irregularities on surfaces to be painted, such as cracks, holes, and peeling; 6\.
