Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and **being responsible for:** * Participating in all stages of high-impact product development—from requirements analysis to proposing solutions that deliver both technical and business value. * Contributing to the definition of scalable, highly available architectures; building and executing tests; and monitoring technical and business performance metrics. * Ensuring code quality by applying engineering best practices such as code reviews, pair programming, and automated testing. * Working with high-volume transaction and data systems, using relational and non-relational databases to guarantee performance and scalability. * Taking ownership in collaborating with peer teams—clarifying questions and jointly solving problems affecting our products and operations. **What we’re looking for:** * Solid experience in at least one programming language, including concurrency and performance optimization (Go experience is a plus) * Proven experience with microservices architectures, addressing challenges related to consistency, latency, and resilience. * Practical knowledge of Security by Design—including vulnerability prevention (OWASP), secret management, and robust authentication. * Ability to choose and operate between relational (MySQL) and NoSQL databases, understanding the scalability trade-offs of each choice. * Proficiency with tools such as Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, etc., to anticipate bottlenecks before they become incidents. **Are you excited to leave your mark on Latin American technology?** Apply now and join our mission!
