Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Collaborating with transportation and logistics operations teams to develop and implement the optimal national transfer network, enabling faster customer service and optimized costs. * Managing area performance indicators, analyzing deviations and opportunities, and creating action plans to mitigate or expand them. * Conducting gemba walks and audits to identify and validate best practices in occupancy, planning, scheduling, and efficiency in MELI transfer freight contracting. * Participating in and coordinating solution forums with various teams to implement identified improvements. * Analyzing and balancing daily vehicle scheduling, identifying risks and opportunities to optimize routes and capacity, ensuring adherence to freight pickup and delivery time windows. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Presentations, and analytics tools for indicator management and development, such as Power BI, Looker, and Tableau. * Experience in logistics, transportation, or related areas. * Availability to work from 10:00 PM to 6:50 AM, Sunday through Thursday, primarily based in Sumaré/SP, with operations located in Perus and Embu das Artes/SP. **We offer you:** * The opportunity to be part of an entrepreneurial company that loves thinking big and long-term. * The chance to take ownership of your development in an environment full of opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * Collaboration and knowledge sharing with outstanding professionals and experts. * An excellent work environment, equipped with everything you need for a truly great experience. :) Mercado Livre does not contact candidates offering job opportunities in exchange for monetary payments.
