Implementation of continuous improvement and safety **Job Description:** Detailed Responsibilities Assist in developing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans and allocate team members according to the schedule, aiming to optimize services and resources to maximize equipment availability. Analyze and monitor breakdowns/failures together with the maintenance team, applying methods aimed at reducing the frequency and duration of corrective maintenance. Monitor maintenance KPIs and develop action plans to reduce them in accordance with predefined targets. Supervise the team’s backlog and maintenance order entries in the system on a daily basis. Develop work instructions for complex tasks to optimize maintenance time and eliminate execution errors, always adhering to safety, quality, and environmental standards. Conduct training sessions as required and per internal procedures to build team capability in maintenance processes and activities. Apply, monitor, and encourage continuous improvement cycles across departments to enhance production processes. Maintain the area clean and organized in compliance with the 5S program standards. Ensure that the team under supervision performs activities in compliance with company standards and procedures, properly using uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE). Participate in internal and external audits, providing information and clarifying auditors’ questions to prevent non-conformities from being issued against the department, and stay informed about necessary corrections to adopted procedures. Follow operational procedures for operational impacts, ensuring proper waste disposal and reporting environmental incidents.
