




Job Summary: A T&D professional with experience in IT consulting, responsible for structuring, implementing, and monitoring training programs, managing training KPIs, and delivering training sessions. Conducting behavioral and technical training sessions Start Date: Immediate, following approval * Duration: Indefinite (permanent position within a consulting firm) Location: Hybrid – Belo Horizonte Requirements: Prior experience in Training and Development (T\&D); Experience in IT consulting; Hands-on experience with LMS platforms; Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills; Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Responsibilities: Identify internal training needs in collaboration with business units; Structure, implement, and monitor T\&D programs; Administer and track training KPIs; Work with LMS platforms to ensure content organization and timely updates; Deliver behavioral and technical training sessions as required; Support organizational development initiatives. Experience in instructional design and creation of original content (e\-learning, videos, scripts, presentations). Experience with Power BI or T\&D KPI analysis tools. Experience in cultural transformation initiatives or structured onboarding programs. Intermediate or advanced English proficiency to support global training programs or corporate materials. Consultative capability when working with managers, focusing on diagnostic analysis and gap resolution.
