You will work in a dynamic environment leveraging cutting-edge technology, applying sound engineering practices, proprietary AI models, and continuous learning—all aimed at democratizing e-commerce and financial services across Latin America. Imagine\-yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and **being responsible for:** * Assisting in the development lifecycle of large-scale components/services supporting trace transport and generation across MELI. * Collaborating on transforming MELI's observability stack into vendor-neutral protocols and libraries—OpenTelemetry. * Working closely with various Cloud \& Platform and product teams to integrate new features into Fury, our internal development platform. * Developing tools and mechanisms to manage the event lifecycle—from generation, transport, processing, to storage. **What we’re looking for in you?** * Backend development experience with Go, Java, or similar languages, and hands-on experience with one or more observability tools. * Knowledge of database schema modeling and query design. * Understanding of microservices architectures and scalability principles, plus solid cloud concepts. **Are you excited to leave your mark on Latin American technology?** Apply now and join our purpose!
