This team is led by Tiago Gnoatto and is located in Brazil. **What are the challenges of this position?** * Lead the operations team to ensure operational success in all processes involved. * Generate performance indicators and reports that enable monitoring of various activities. * Ensure each process within the area is executed with excellence. * Identify process improvement opportunities and make necessary strategic decisions to enhance the experience of sellers and buyers on our platform. * Develop a highly efficient team with the highest safety standards and an excellent work environment. **What are the required qualifications for this position?** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in similar roles. * Experience in continuous improvement, logistics operations, supply chain, distribution, or demand planning. * Availability to work rotating shifts in Cajamar, State of São Paulo.
