Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Reporting dashboards to address top process offenders; * Supporting and attending floor meetings with leadership to address root causes of process impacts, based on action plans; reviewing implemented action plans to improve efficiency and quality; conducting overviews of key process issues identified; presenting relevant data and metrics; * Ensuring visibility of achieved results by sending dashboards highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and outcomes achieved; * Managing backlog and aging items; supporting orders and positions with data inconsistencies to maintain operational flow and meet established deadlines; performing systemic cleanup jointly with IT (tracking tickets and workflow statuses); * Conducting detailed process analyses; collecting relevant data for each process stage; performing risk assessment analyses; Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Data Science, or related fields; * Knowledge of logistics operational routines is desirable; * Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Docs (Sheets, apps, etc.) is desirable; * Knowledge of SQL, Looker Studio, and BI tools is a plus; * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule — onsite in Sumaré.
