Job Summary: Ensure usability and technical excellence in electronic security, providing post-sales support and commercial assistance to guarantee full functionality of solutions and competitive positioning of the portfolio. Focus on usability and technical excellence of security solutions **Job Objective** Ensure usability and technical excellence of the company's electronic security solutions by providing post-sales support and technical assistance to commercial teams. Responsible for ensuring full solution functionality, supporting customers, and contributing to the portfolio’s competitive positioning. **Responsibilities:** **Customer Support and Operations** * Monitor implementation and ensure full operation of electronic security solutions (CCTV, access control, alarms); * Perform technical problem diagnosis and resolution to ensure continuity and customer satisfaction; * Support onboarding and train customers for proper platform usage; * Monitor post-sales performance and implement improvements; * Manage warranty and RMA processes with manufacturers. **Commercial Technical Support** * Assist in developing commercial proposals, sizing solutions according to customer needs; * Develop technical projects using manufacturer tools; * Support presentations, demonstrations, and technical visits with the sales team; * Evaluate and propose market-aligned competitive solutions. **Education:** * Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Networks, IT, or related fields. **Technical Competencies:** * Electronic security systems: CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and building automation; * Configuration and operation of VMS (Video Management System) platforms and monitoring software; * Computer networks: TCP/IP, VLANs, PoE switches, router and firewall configuration; * Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints; * Manufacturer simulators for solution sizing and specification; * Advanced Office suite, with emphasis on Excel for proposal and control spreadsheets; * Technical English for reading manuals and manufacturer documentation.
