Job Summary: Mercado Livre is seeking a Systems Engineer - Network to design and scale innovative and secure systems in a dynamic environment, applying engineering best practices, proprietary AI models, and continuous learning. Ensure quality, availability, and security of the network infrastructure As a Systems Engineer \- Network at Mercado Livre, you will design and scale innovative and secure systems that solve high-impact real-world problems. You will work in a dynamic environment with cutting-edge technology, applying engineering best practices, proprietary AI models, and continuous learning — all to democratize e-commerce and financial services across Latin America. Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and being responsible for: * Ensuring quality, availability, and security of our infrastructure — including network components — and supporting architecture across our distribution centers, such as switches, firewalls, and APs. * Performing health maintenance of networking equipment, including switches, firewalls, and APs. * Monitoring, analyzing, diagnosing, and anticipating issues related to networking quality, availability, and security. * Resolving connectivity issues, including participating in on-call rotations during non-business hours, weekends, and holidays. What we’re looking for in you: * Proven experience as an Infrastructure/Networking Analyst. * Familiarity with networking technologies such as switches, routers, firewalls, Wi\-Fi, LAN/WAN networks, and monitoring systems. * Availability to work in a hybrid model in Florianópolis\- SC, attending the office at least twice per week, subject to business needs and urgency.
