




**About the opportunity** We are looking for a person to work as Ana Salgueiro’s Personal Assistant, providing support in calendar organization, client service, lead follow-up, and execution of administrative tasks. The role also includes support during recordings, communication with the traffic agency, and participation in events or travel when necessary. **Key responsibilities** * Provide customer service via WhatsApp. * Support clients, mentees, and Ana Salgueiro with materials upon request. * Monitor and manage the flow of client service and mentees (group entry/exit, monthly updates). * Organize Ana Salgueiro’s calendar and appointments. * Follow up on recordings and assist with daily needs. * Maintain communication with the traffic agency and relay information. * Participate in events and travel when necessary. **Requirements** * Ability to manage routines, deadlines, and administrative tasks. * Attention to detail and strong written communication skills for correspondence and record-keeping. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with technology. * Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction, preferably with sales experience. * Knowledge of social media and engagement strategies. * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related fields). * Occasional availability during evening hours and for travel/events. **Preferred qualifications** * Experience as a personal assistant, secretary, or in customer service. * Experience working in fashion/beauty environments. **Working hours** Mon–Thu: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Fri: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM **Benefits** * Health insurance * Transportation allowance (no payroll deduction) * Structured work environment with clear routines Employment type: Full-time CLT contract Compensation: R$3,500.00–R$4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Transportation allowance
