Contribution to pedagogical and administrative processes **Job Description:** The Pedagogical Coordination Assistant will provide direct support to pedagogical coordination, contributing to the organization, monitoring, and execution of the institution's educational activities, ensuring the smooth progress of school-based pedagogical and administrative processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist the pedagogical coordinator in planning, organizing, and monitoring school activities; * Support monitoring of teachers' pedagogical work; * Collaborate in organizing pedagogical meetings, class councils, and professional development sessions; * Assist in preparing, organizing, and archiving pedagogical documents (lesson plans, reports, records, and assessments); * Monitor student development and support necessary pedagogical interventions; * Assist in attending to teachers, students, and families upon request; * Support adherence to the academic calendar and institutional regulations; * Collaborate in organizing pedagogical projects, school events, and institutional activities. **Requirements:** * Degree in **Pedagogy** (completed or in progress); * Experience in the education field is a plus; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and strong communication abilities; * Ability to work effectively in a team.
