Job Summary: The professional will monitor and supervise the team of educators, ensuring the application of teaching methodologies and continuous improvement of the learning process. Ensuring implementation of methodology and didactics Mission Monitor the team of educators and assistants to guide lesson planning and observe their classes, thereby ensuring application of the adopted methodology, appropriate didactics, and feedback that supports teacher development and improves classroom learning outcomes. Job Responsibilities Plan, supervise, and analyze the teaching and learning process; define pedagogical goals; and guide and supervise compliance with those goals. Update pedagogical goals regularly. Conduct at least one individual monthly meeting with each teacher and hold weekly team meetings. Observe at least one class per teacher monthly in the classroom to assess their didactic performance. Monitor student attendance and absences. Train and support teachers; develop tests for candidate evaluation after hiring; train newly hired staff on the methodology used; and conduct initial follow-up with these teachers. Ensure teaching staff complete training programs provided by the franchisor, whether online or in person. Train the sales team regarding products. Administer and tabulate student satisfaction surveys. Propose measures to improve pedagogical processes. Hold semester meetings with students’ parents. Participate in developing specific pedagogical and educational guidance tools. Organize collective student activities and school events. Develop manuals and orientation training materials. Carry out specialized tasks in educational administration, guidance, and supervision. Participate in promoting pedagogical activities. Attend training sessions offered by the franchisor and replicate the content for the local team. Responsible for student retention and renewal.
