Growth opportunities in a company with 29 years of market presence **JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES** Provide customer service for an electricity utility company, identify customer needs, clarify doubts, and resolve issues. Identify customer complaints, deliver prompt and efficient solutions, and ensure safety and credibility for customers. Always seek the best possible solution for customers within the company's established rules and procedures. Meet prescribed resolution deadlines and operational performance indicators for the role. Perform other related duties. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** Completed high school education; Certificate of Military Service Exemption (for male candidates); strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively in teams; aptitude for acquiring new knowledge; proactivity and dynamism. **PRIMARY SERVICE LOCATION:** Campo Grande/RJ **Travel to Central do Brasil required during training period.** **WORK SCHEDULE:** 8 hours per day with a 1-hour break (Monday to Friday and some Saturdays) **BENEFITS** Salary: BRL 1,568.00 gross per month * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance OR food allowance; * Health insurance plan (optional \- monthly premium covered by the company); * Dental insurance plan (optional); * Group life insurance; * Discounts and partnerships with educational institutions, language schools, and SESC; Formal employment contract with all statutory labor rights, including vacation, 13th-month salary, and FGTS.
