PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** General Services Assistant **HIRING METHOD:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following graduation). **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN CLEANING SERVICES FOR OFFICE AND/OR CORPORATE ENVIRONMENTS. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), type of service performed, and detailed description of duties carried out; b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (Carteira de Trabalho e Previdência Social – CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the desired position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature consistent with the requirements of the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous worker payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
