Supervision and guidance of kitchen assistants The bakery is seeking a Cook professional in Barra Mansa. **Responsibilities:** Prepare doughs, fillings, savory items, and other bakery products according to company recipes and standards. Bake bread, cakes, pies, and other products, ensuring proper doneness and quality. Organize and sanitize the kitchen, utensils, and equipment. Manage ingredient and supply inventory, requesting replenishment as needed. Supervise kitchen assistants and guide them in product preparation. Follow hygiene, food safety, and food handling regulations. Previous experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Assistant, Production Cook, or Industrial Cook may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
