Junior Production Engineer

Job Summary: The engineer will conduct productive capacity studies and propose improvements to optimize processes and meet customer demand, with emphasis on productivity and lean flow. Key Highlights: 1. Process and productivity optimization using Lean Manufacturing tools. 2. Analysis of productive capacity (machinery and labor). 3. Focus on continuous improvement and meeting customer demand. The engineer will perform productive capacity studies for both machinery and labor using analytical tools: JIT (Just in Time), VSM (Value Stream Mapping), Spaghetti Diagram, and Chronoanalysis (analysis of movement and labor waste), as well as analyze the flow of scheduled capacities from raw material intake through to customer delivery. Must deliver productivity gains (doing more with less — lean flow) and propose improvements focused on meeting customer demand (scheduled capacity), without bottlenecks across the process chain. Relevant experience; Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering; Lean Manufacturing, JIT, VSM, Chronoanalysis, Productivity, Lead Time, Cycle Time, Rework Rate, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), Layout Analysis, Movement Analysis (Spaghetti Diagram), Root Cause and Failure Analysis Tools — DMAIC, Information Systems for Layout Studies (AutoCAD or similar), Kaizen, 5S, Kanban.
