Define and control the parameterization of rolling revenue management processes—including area sub-processes—monitoring the thermal treatment system, tracking performance per procedures, aiming to meet product technical specifications and ensure process quality. Control process indicators, analyzing their variations (e.g., hot charging rate, fuel consumption, quality metrics such as rejections, scratches, defects, etc., final material rejection, scrap, etc.) and defining necessary corrective actions to ensure production at optimal quality and cost levels, within defined technical and regulatory specifications. Analyze data and generate departmental reports to support decision-making and implementation of improvements—both for product quality and production processes. Contribute to the exchange of best practices (benchmarking) among industrial units, ensuring optimal utilization of internally developed technologies through technology transfers and technical advisory services to other group companies, aligned with corporate guidance and needs. Ensure, in all interactions, a focus on improving product quality and adherence to defined technical specifications. Lead strategic projects linked to improved production and product performance, interfacing with all required departments, controlling scope, timelines, and planned deliverables per defined management methodologies, and updating stakeholders on progress. Participate in developing, modifying, and drafting procedures and standards related to production processes to ensure necessary standardization for process compliance and company expectations. Drive the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of new production methods and techniques, and new products—through research, studies, and benchmarking—to foster product innovation, operational optimization, improved productivity and quality indices, as well as fixed process cost reduction and unit performance maximization. Support technical/operational team capacity building, ensuring application of knowledge regarding applicable methods and tools, and appropriate responses to common contingencies. Interface with maintenance to align shutdown/intervention planning and ensure necessary machine adjustments to guarantee operational performance and product quality. Collaborate with customers, participating in specific product analyses and complaint investigations as required by Commercial Technical Support. Monitor production processes via online and offline inspections, incident analysis, indicators, and other means—comparing against defined specifications—to drive continuous improvement and correction of identified quality deviations. Achieve production targets through scheduling, daily adjustments, and performance tracking, aligned with annual planning and budget forecasts. Provide direction and guidance to operational areas regarding process adjustments needed to optimize operations and comply with technical standards or customer requirements—as well as to optimize production costs. Define new processes or analyze current ones, evaluating adoption of technological innovations, sequencing, or other process variables—aiming to optimize cycle times, reduce bottlenecks, and adapt to production demands—thus enhancing productivity, quality, and competitiveness. Participate in ISO 9001, 14001, IATF, and other certification audits—conducting preparatory internal audits on relevant processes, accompanying auditors, presenting required documentation, and addressing nonconformities to ensure strong performance and prevent findings. Lead safety procedure support and definition groups, proposing actions and interventions (FPS), to comply with national and international safety regulations. Support the roll shop in tooling construction—including equipment calibration, process improvements, and process parameter definition—in accordance with product technical specifications. 2\. Plan, implement, and execute assigned responsibilities proficiently, autonomously, and with excellence—mastering all operations, processes, or equipment in the area of responsibility (or possessing cross-functional process and technology expertise)—and applying comprehensive, systemic analysis, supported by managerial guidance for decisions exceeding autonomy or knowledge boundaries. 3\. Support less technically experienced professionals on complex tasks, sharing knowledge and fostering their development. 4\. Drive improvements in processes, materials, products, and other opportunities aligned with the company’s safety, quality, and results principles. 5\. Support the immediate manager in inherent functional processes, leveraging experience for self-development. 6\.
