Job Summary: As the Network Infrastructure Supervisor, you will oversee the execution of network infrastructure projects, ensuring proper resource allocation, adherence to deadlines, safety, and quality. Innovative environment that values collaboration and technical growth As a Network Infrastructure Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising network infrastructure project execution at client sites, ensuring appropriate resource allocation, timely delivery, team safety, and high-quality deliverables—serving as the liaison between clients, internal teams, and third parties. Responsibilities: **Main responsibilities:** * Site supervision: monitor on-site activities at client locations, ensuring schedule compliance, quality standards, and timely correction of defects; * Team management: guide, train, delegate tasks, evaluate performance, and supervise both in-house and outsourced teams; * Operational planning: organize resources, materials, and workforce for project execution; * Safety and compliance: ensure correct use of PPE, adherence to regulations, and reporting of non-conformities; * Client relationship and support: act as the liaison between the company and clients, participate in meetings, manage material control, and drive continuous improvement; and other duties relevant to the position.
