Job Summary: Responsible for reliability studies, maintenance plans, equipment analysis, and contract management to achieve optimization and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on continuous improvement and cost reduction in fleet maintenance. Responsible for conducting reliability studies of mechanical systems in production processes, developing maintenance plans for mobile equipment, analyzing equipment operating patterns, and managing third-party contracts under their responsibility. Provide technical guidance for maintenance activities related to electromechanical systems or assemblies, components, tools, and materials, specifying reference limits for calculations, performing calculations and drafting. Direct maintenance processes and conduct failure analyses. **Responsibilities and Duties** Identify technical solutions that meet specified requirements and reduce operational maintenance costs and those of operational areas. Plan and delegate tasks for the team under their supervision, guiding professionals during execution. Manage projects, reporting to the Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator or Manager. Develop layout drawings for location, battery limits, construction sites, process units, interface analysis, logistics, demolition, and other purposes. Prepare foundation drawings and review project drawings. Provide comments on supplier drawings. Conduct field surveys. Prepare technical documentation for equipment. Prepare technical analysis for equipment procurement. Integrate and interface disciplines during project development. Define required resources to meet deadlines. Review and approve technical documentation. Be accountable for executing maintenance planning and scheduling activities. Ensure workplace safety by participating in daily safety meetings and discussing safe behaviors to be observed during task execution. Ensure personal safety as well as the safety of others sharing the same work environment during maintenance activities, by implementing equipment lockouts, completing lockout cards, and placing them in appropriate locations with relevant information about the activity to be performed. Contribute to increasing the availability of the mineral processing plant’s facility park by specifying technical requirements for automation, instrumentation, electrical, and pneumatic equipment when new equipment is needed in the area or for projects, collecting technical data and specifying appropriate usage. Seek process optimization, safety, and productivity by accessing software and hardware connected to the network and programming according to requests or applying solutions to improve existing programming. Contribute to improving the availability of mine mobile equipment. Improve fleet MTBF and conduct LCC studies of assets. Work to reduce MTTR. Manage fleet costs by proposing cost-reduction solutions and process improvements.
