Job Summary: Assist in industrial operations at a metallurgical plant, monitoring equipment, performing sampling, and contributing to continuous process improvement while adhering to safety and environmental regulations. An environment that values growth, learning, and innovation Assist operators in industrial processes and work in the operational areas of the metallurgical plant; monitor equipment operation, valve and pump alignment. Perform sample collection and calculate parameters per operational procedures, complying with PA Gold’s standards and procedures according to its safety, environmental, and occupational health policy. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in operating equipment and machinery related to Plant Beneficiation activities (Filtration, Grinding, Flotation, Gravimetry, etc.) * Clean and organize the workplace. * Clean chutes and discharge boxes. * Inspect control equipment. * Assist in processes and adjust process variables as needed in case of non-conformities. * Request corrective maintenance for process equipment. * Clean filters blocked with carbonate. * Feed filters with slurry. * Perform minor adjustments on filters. * Work toward continuous process improvement. * Eliminate operational anomalies such as overloads, clogging, and foreign objects. * Identify abnormal noises and vibrations. * Assist in thickener feed and discharge. * Perform sampling. * Perform cleaning in specific locations, according to the work area; * Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas. * Contribute ideas and suggestions within the area to drive process improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. * Proactivity and strong communication skills; * Ability to collaborate effectively across different departments. * Residency in Peixoto de Azevedo, Matupá, or Guarantã do Norte, MT. **Additional Information** * Chartered transportation * Meals provided at the company * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Funeral assistance * Food allowance * Christmas basket * Childcare allowance * PPR (Profit Sharing Plan) At P.A.
