Complex diagnostics and repairs of engines and transmissions Description: * Advanced experience in maintenance and repair of heavy equipment; * Solid knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems; * Ability to interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and electrical schematics; * NR 35\. * Perform preventive maintenance on heavy machinery, including yellow line, white line, forklifts, and aerial work platforms, according to manufacturer manuals and scheduled timelines; * Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures in heavy machinery using appropriate diagnostic tools; * Perform complex repairs on engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and other components of heavy machinery; * Replace damaged or worn parts using appropriate tools and procedures; * Adjust and calibrate systems of heavy machinery to ensure proper operation; * Monitor performance of heavy machinery and identify potential issues; * Record performed services in a control system; * Serve customers professionally and courteously, providing information about performed maintenance services; * Provide basic guidance and training to heavy equipment operators on safe operating practices and preventive maintenance procedures.
