**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Availability to work rotating shifts (6x2 schedule) **Level:** Not specified **Employment type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform medium-complexity preventive and corrective maintenance, including adjustments, replacements, and testing to ensure optimal equipment performance. * Conduct equipment inspections and monitor equipment history, meeting preventive maintenance deadlines. * Contribute to reducing unplanned downtime by defining minimum spare parts inventory and supporting scheduled maintenance activities. * Maintain organization and cleanliness in work areas, complying with GMP and waste disposal procedures. * Accurately record activities in work orders and report identified anomalies. * Use tools and instruments appropriately, preserving their integrity. * Conduct inspections in production areas and report equipment failures. * Perform tasks with a focus on safety, using PPE and adhering to regulations, training, and daily safety talks (DDS). * Ensure product and process safety by implementing GMP, HACCP, PPROs, and CCPs. * Comply with all internal safety, environmental, GMP, and HACCP regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Technical course in Mechanics. * Experience in industrial maintenance. * Knowledge of centrifugal pumps, gear reducers, chain conveyors, boilers, water treatment plants (WTP), and wastewater treatment plants (WWTP). **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Childcare allowance, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance, Year-end Christmas basket, Pharmacy discount program, Profit-sharing program (PLR)
