This role is responsible for providing technical and administrative support for demands concerning occupations, accesses, interferences, signage, and space usage within the right-of-way limits, in compliance with current legislation and the concessionaire’s guidelines. * Assist in analyzing right-of-way usage applications, including property accesses, infrastructure installations (electricity, telecommunications, sanitation, etc.), advertising, and various services; * Accompany field technical inspections and prepare on-site reports regarding right-of-way occupation; * Support supervision of irregularities, encroachments, constructions, and interventions; * Update records and databases with information on occupations and interventions; * Address requests from public agencies, public utility concessionaires, and users related to the right-of-way; * Assist in issuing technical opinions and documentation for authorization, notification, or removal processes of unauthorized occupations; * Notify unauthorized occupations; * Supervise "non aedificandi" right-of-way zones; * Support access signage and interface with the concessionaire’s engineering, legal, and environmental departments; * Comply with occupational safety standards and internal company procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education; Driver’s License Category "B"; Basic knowledge of legislation governing right-of-way use and occupation; Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). **Additional Information** Work schedule follows standard business hours (or as per company policy). **Benefits:** Meal Allowance; Health Insurance (Unimed Nacional); Life Insurance; Wellhub (Gympass); **We warmly welcome all individuals in our selection processes. Together, they control the Way-112, Way-306 (Mato Grosso do Sul), Way-262 (Minas Gerais), Way-153 (between Minas Gerais and Goiás), and Way-364 (between Goiás and Mato Grosso) concessionaires. Way-153, operating between Minas Gerais and Goiás, is controlled by Grupo Way Brasil jointly with Kinea—a specialized investment management platform partnered with Itaú Bank, with expertise across multiple business areas, including infrastructure. The Group also manages Way-262 and Way-364. **Way-306** MS-306 Concessionaire S.A. is responsible for administering the entire length of MS-306, from kilometer zero at the MS/MT border to kilometer 218.1 at its junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS), and incorporates 1.4 kilometers of BR-359, from kilometer zero to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way-112** East MS Highways Concessionaire S.A. is responsible for the concession of MS-112 and segments of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 runs from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia, spanning 200.5 kilometers. The BR-158 concession segment extends from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 segment runs from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, spanning 18.10 kilometers, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** BR-262 MG Concessionaire S.A. is responsible for the BR-262 concession segment beginning at kilometer 360+100 at its junction with BR-381 in Betim, extending to kilometer 799 at its junction with BR-050 in Uberaba—a total length of 438.9 kilometers. The concession segment lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba. **Way-153** – Rota Sertaneja MG-GO Concessionaire is responsible for 530.60 kilometers of highways between Goiás and Minas Gerais States. The concession segment begins on BR-153 in Hidrolândia (junction with GO-219) up to the GO/MG border; BR-153/MG **–** from Itumbiara/GO (end of the Parnaíba River bridge) to Fronteira/MG (junction with BR-262); BR-262/MG **–** from Uberaba/MG (junction with BR-050) to its junction with BR-153 (Pouso Alto/MG). It passes through the following cities: Hidrolândia, Piracanjuba, Professor Jamil, Morrinhos, Goiatuba, Panamá, Itumbiara, Araporã, Centralina, Canápolis, Monte Alegre de Minas, Prata, Campo Florido, Comendador Gomes, Frutal, Fronteira, Uberaba, Conceição das Alagoas, and Veríssimo. **Way-364 \-** BR-364 MT Concessionaire S.A., a Grupo Way Brasil company, assumed for 30 years the responsibility for administration, recovery, conservation, maintenance, implementation of improvements, and expansion of the concessioned highway segments. The federal concession project spans Mato Grosso and Goiás States, covering the city of Rondonópolis/MT—located in the southeastern region of the state, 210 km from the capital Cuiabá, with a population of 245,000 and the state’s second-largest GDP. Rondonópolis lies at the intersection of BR-163 and BR-364, major routes transporting agricultural and industrial output to Brazil’s large metropolitan centers and ports. The concessioned segment crosses nine municipalities: Rio Verde, Jataí, Mineiros, Santa Rita do Araguaia, Portelândia, Alto Araguaia, Alto Garças, Pedra Preta, and Rondonópolis.
