Billing Assistant \- Nova Mutum/MT **Date:** May 19, 2026 **Location:** Nova Mutum, MT, BR, 78450\-000 **Company:** Bunge **City:** Nova Mutum**State:** Mato Grosso (BR\-MT)**Country:** Brazil (BR)**Job ID:** 45634 **Key Responsibilities:** * Process unit billing, verifying incoming and outgoing raw material invoices; * Weigh trucks both upon entry and exit, checking for weight variations upon exit; * Conduct branch inventory reconciliation, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing movements were correctly executed per the Company’s established processes and procedures; * Perform daily preliminary review of all movements, identifying any discrepancies in incoming and outgoing raw materials; biomass; and any other items received or dispatched from the unit; * Assist in training new employees on company processes; * Verify orders, dispatch instructions, and loading documents issued by Logistics against the contract signed by the Commercial Area (Origination and Raw Materials); * Adjust freight charges when raw material quantity discrepancies occur; * Support peer departments (Logistics, Storage, Raw Materials, and Commercial), as well as external customers; * Research suppliers in SEFAZ and Sintegra systems to verify pending issues related to CPF and/or CNPJ; * Confirm whether scheduling was properly performed at railway terminals. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Availability for on\-site work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, during the off\-season.
