Job Summary: Lead and manage drilling, loading, and hauling teams to ensure production targets are met and to develop the team. Key Highlights: 1. Technical development and training of the team. * Lead and manage drilling, loading, and hauling teams, verifying required resources; * Guide and monitor rock drilling activities; * Supervise and carry out rock blasting operations; * Perform blast pattern marking; * Ensure mining operations meet pre-established production targets; * Manage available resources to fulfill the mine's production plan; * Ensure mining operations and ore movement through blasting, loading, and hauling from quarries; * Interface with geology, mine operations, mineral processing, and maintenance departments; * Implement continuous improvement activities, apply 5S methodology, and manage costs; * Technically train the team through ongoing training, guidance, and supervision, as well as develop potential successors.
