Cargo handling and organization **Requirements:** * Prior airport cargo agent experience; * Education: Completed High School; * Preferred: Customer service experience; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Residence near the airport; * Full availability for shift work (6 days on, 1 day off); * Willingness to travel. **Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service to our clients, ensuring a positive service experience and qualified workforce; * Identify our customers' shipping needs, directing and advising them on airline services available at the time of issuance; * Inspect, segregate, load, and unload cargo pallets for inbound and outbound shipments; * Organize products in inventory, placing each item in its designated location; * Monitor, supervise, and prevent damage; * Perform other duties relevant to this position.
