Job Summary: The professional will guide, supervise, and train both new and experienced drivers during trips, promoting safe and efficient driving practices and conducting performance refresher training. Key Highlights: 1. Guide and supervise drivers on driving technologies and safe driving practices. 2. Conduct practical on-the-road supervision during trips and driver performance refresher training. 3. Evaluate driver performance from loading to unloading. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 07:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * First Stage: Trip Supervision; Guide new and experienced drivers on onboard truck technologies, current legislation, and best practices for safe and efficient driving. * Second Stage \- Practical Supervision: Conduct a hands-on trip accompanying the driver throughout the entire route, monitoring their driving behavior and conduct along the route. * Third Stage: New/Inexperienced Driver (Supervision): Accompany the driver from start to finish of the trip—from loading at the depot to delivery at the unloading point—always returning to the depot upon completion of the route. * Conduct refresher training for drivers whose performance falls below average or who accumulate excessive traffic violations. Accompany the entire trip—from loading to unloading—to evaluate driver performance, returning to the depot upon completion of the route. * **Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Valid driver's license compatible with nine-axle tractor-trailers (Category E); * Availability for travel; * Experience in related activities, as specified in service instructions. * Strong communication skills (good verbal presentation), as the role involves integration sessions, training, and instruction of drivers regarding performance metrics.
