Job Summary: Work as a driver instructor, conducting integration, training, and refresher courses, while providing guidance on defensive driving and road safety, ensuring compliance with operational rules and procedures. Support the standardization of processes and operational best practices. **TRUCK DRIVER INSTRUCTOR (MASTER DRIVER) \- PARANAGUÁ/PR** **RESPONSIBILITIES** Serve as an instructor for integration, training, and refresher courses for truck drivers. Provide guidance on defensive driving practices, eco-driving, road safety, and accident prevention. Accompany drivers on routes, evaluating technical performance, behavior, and adherence to operational procedures. Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, internal policies, working hours, and safety rules. Perform vehicle checklists, reporting maintenance needs and safety conditions. Support the Transportation Department in standardizing processes, procedures, and operational best practices. Record evaluations, feedback, and evidence of completed trainings. Prevent losses, damages, and incidents during transportation operations.
