Senior Controller Analyst

Job Summary: Professional to be responsible for cost calculation and monitoring, profitability analysis, budget preparation and management reporting, supporting strategic decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement with cost and profitability analysis 2. Preparation of budgets and management reports 3. Support to management in pricing and investment decisions On-site position in the central region of Curitiba. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Calculate, analyze, and monitor production costs, service costs, overhead, and standard vs. actual cost variances; * Conduct profitability analyses by product, channel, customer, and business unit; * Prepare and consolidate the annual budget (Budget), periodic revisions (Forecast), and variance analysis; * Develop and maintain management reports: Income Statement (DRE), performance indicators (KPIs), margin analysis; * Perform cash flow, working capital, and financing requirement analyses; * Actively participate in the monthly accounting-financial closing process, ensuring data integrity; * Propose and implement improvements to internal control processes and report automation; * Support management with analyses for pricing, investment, and cost reduction decisions; * Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Operations, and Sales departments to consolidate information; * Respond promptly and effectively to internal and external audits. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Controlling, Cost Accounting, or Corporate Finance; * Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, A.I.); * Experience in budget preparation, Forecasting, and variance analysis; * Knowledge of cost accounting (standard costing, absorption costing, ABC); * Familiarity with financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement); * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle, Protheus, or similar). **Additional Information** Competitive salary commensurate with the role.
