Process Analyst

Description

Job Summary: The professional will support and improve manufacturing processes, applying Lean Manufacturing principles and leading cost reduction and production optimization initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Apply Lean Manufacturing and drive continuous process improvement 2. Lead cost reduction initiatives and layout optimization 3. Develop solutions and size production processes Support and improve manufacturing processes by applying engineering principles and Lean Manufacturing; Propose and implement cost reduction initiatives and improvements related to layout changes; Lead A3s and Problem-Solving activities; Assist in managing area KPIs: productivity, work instructions, cycle times, OEE, among others; Prepare technical documentation for tooling; Develop and deliver lectures, trainings, and seminars related to manufacturing processes and standardized work; Critically evaluate process, material, and information flows; Participate in PFMEA development; Lead direct labor sizing and overtime forecasting; Collect and analyze process cycle times and develop ergonomic improvements; Develop utility solutions for production cells, including product handling systems, tooling, and organizational methods for items within a manufacturing cell; Evaluate investment needs and define and requisition tooling, fixtures, machines, trainings, etc.; Size production processes: takt time, cycle time, operator utilization, workstation balancing, capacities, efficiencies, etc.; Register product manufacturing routings in the ERP system; Continuously improve existing processes, considering quality, environmental, and safety standards, as well as feedback from customers, representatives, designers, product engineering, manufacturing, and other stakeholders. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Experience in plastic injection molding** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$4,000.00 – R$5,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience in plastic injection molding processes?
