Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Designer or Design Intern to strategically and operationally support the development of the company's visual communication and internal systems, with an emphasis on learning and autonomy. Collaborate in the visual development of strategic projects **We are looking for a Junior Designer or Design Intern to work both strategically and operationally on the company's visual communication development, contributing to both institutional demands and initiatives aimed at enhancing our internal systems.** **Responsibilities:** Support the creation of internal communication materials, such as newsletters, presentations, and content for organizational alignment Develop external communication assets, ensuring brand visual consistency across various channels Assist in producing and updating the company's media kit, structuring institutional presentation materials Collaborate with the team on the visual development of projects and strategic initiatives Learn and apply basic frontend concepts (HTML, CSS, and interface design fundamentals) to contribute to the visual aspects of internal systems Participate in the artistic development and visual experience of software used by the company **Requirements:** Basic knowledge of design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) Understanding of visual composition, typography, and brand identity Interest in learning frontend development and interface design Strong communication and organizational skills to manage internal requests **Preferred Qualifications:** Initial knowledge of HTML, CSS, or digital interface design Prior experience (even academic) creating presentations or institutional materials Interest in technology and process improvement **Expected Profile:** **We seek someone eager to learn, organized, and interested in growing both in design and technology.
