Job Summary: Responsible for delivering trainings, daily safety talks (DDS), safety inspections, activity monitoring, work permit issuance, and equipment inspections at construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct lectures, daily safety talks (DDS), and periodic trainings 2. Carry out safety inspections and activity monitoring at construction sites 3. Knowledge of regulatory standards and relevant legislation * Valid driver's license, category B. * Deliver lectures, daily safety talks (DDS), trainings, and onboarding sessions periodically and for new employees; * Basic computer skills; * Knowledge of current regulatory standards and other legislation applicable to the position; * Conduct inspections at construction sites for both in-house and third-party employees; * Monitor activities; * Issue work permits (ASE, APR, and checklists); * Inspect accommodations, equipment, tools, machinery, etc. * Flexibility to adjust working hours; Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Salary: R$3.550,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Occupational Safety (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
