Job Summary: Fixed-machine operator responsible for ensuring operational functionality, product quality, and safety in the production process, performing adjustments and monitoring. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment Responsible for operating fixed machines in the production process, ensuring proper equipment operation, product quality, and compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Operate industrial machinery and equipment according to established standards and procedures; Perform basic adjustments and calibrations to ensure proper operation; Feed raw materials into the machine and monitor the production process; Monitor equipment performance, identifying faults or irregularities; Conduct visual inspections and quality control of products; Record production data (quantity, downtime, losses, etc.); Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment; Strictly comply with safety regulations and wear mandatory PPE; Support preventive and simple corrective maintenance activities; Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment and tools; **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed elementary or high school education; Prior experience in this role; Basic knowledge of industrial processes; **BENEFITS:** Meal allowance
