Main Responsibilities **Finance:** * Accounts payable and receivable; * Issuing invoices (materials and services); * Generating bank slips and performing banking routines (internet banking); * Supporting collections; * Sending documents to accounting. **HR / Personnel Department:** * Employee registration and documentation control; * Time card control; * Processing requests for registration, vacations, pay slips, and contract terminations; * Organizing construction-site documentation and sending it to contractors. Requirements * Organization and attention to detail; * Basic knowledge of administrative routines; * Proficiency in digital tools; * Familiarity with PCMSO, PGR, and NRs (preferred); * Responsibility, confidentiality, and commitment.
