RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and develop a public sector client portfolio (municipalities, state and federal governments, regulatory agencies, foundations, and state-owned enterprises); Strategically participate in tenders, electronic auctions, procurement exemptions, and price registration agreements; Build and structure new commercial and operational sales processes for government clients; Identify recurring and strategic opportunities within existing accounts; Manage the full government sales cycle: Commercial planning and business intelligence, Pre-tendering (tender documents, Technical Requirements, Terms of Reference, RFP), Technical and commercial proposal submission, Negotiation and closing; Direct interface with: Engineering / Pre-sales, Legal, Operations / Implementation, Finance; Support defining pricing policies, margins, and strategies for the public sector; Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, LGPD, and compliance requirements; Update and maintain CRM with complete account and process information; Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on public market and government sales. .
