Conduct preliminary reconciliation of accounting entries Support asset control activities through accounting, identification, registration updates, and tracking of corporate asset movements, ensuring integrity, traceability, and compliance of fixed asset information with current accounting standards and internal policies, thereby guaranteeing reliability of asset records and adequate support for accounting closing and internal control processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute asset accounting and asset registration, performing system entries for acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and other movements according to established procedures and deadlines; * Update and maintain asset master data in the asset management system (ERP), ensuring data consistency, standardization, and correct assignment to cost centers and units; * Support reconciliation between physical and accounting asset records, identifying discrepancies, analyzing preliminary information, and reporting inconsistencies for resolution and regularization; * Contribute to organizing and executing physical inventories and asset surveys, participating in on-site verifications and supporting validation of collected data; * Assist in organizing, reconciling, and archiving documentation related to acquisition, transfer, sale, and disposal processes, ensuring documentary compliance and traceability; * Support preparation and updating of reports, statements, and control spreadsheets for the department, providing information for monthly fixed asset closing; * Conduct preliminary reconciliation of accounting entries related to assets, verifying alignment with accounting classifications, depreciation rates, and defined criteria; * Support tracking of internal asset movements across units, ensuring accurate system registration and updated responsibility assignments; * Assist in calculating and reconciling monthly asset depreciation; * Support internal and external audits related to fixed assets by providing requested documents and information; * Support reconciliation of accounting entries related to assets, ensuring adherence to established standards; * Report to direct and/or indirect leaders on departmental processes, projects, and action plans, as well as challenges and needs for sustaining departmental results and business continuity; * Promote Expresso São Miguel’s purpose, vision, and values within the unit, reinforcing company culture and achievement of organizational strategic objectives; * Disseminate updates to policies, processes, and other directives issued by the corporate office and company board. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in fixed asset areas; **Additional Information** With **31 years** of operation in the transportation market, we recognize our commitment across multiple dimensions—social, environmental, and economic.
