We are looking for an **Assembly Operator** to join the **Desbravatech** team in **Chapecó-SC**, driving evolution through technological solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate automatic insertion machines (SMT – Surface Mount Technology and PTH – Pin Through Hole). * Perform manual assembly of electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs). * Execute manual or machine-based soldering processes (wave soldering, reflow, rework stations). * Load machines with required components and consumables for production. * Conduct visual inspections and basic functional tests of products. * Follow standardized operating instructions and production workflows. * Complete production records and report process failures or anomalies. * Support simple PCB rework activities when necessary. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace in accordance with 5S standards. * Comply with safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and good practices for handling electronic components (ESD). * Prepare and organize the workplace, keeping it clean and ready for use. * Verify the quality of the assembly process for devices, machines, equipment, and other electronic artifacts, regarding full functionality, specifications, and physical and mechanical properties. * Prepare products for subsequent stages. * Finalize assembly by performing electro-electronic adjustments and configurations.
