The role includes maintenance, adjustments, and quality control of instruments used by the company. Key activities include: * Supporting the development and review of technical calibration procedures; * Properly handling, preserving, and storing reference standards and instruments; * Complying with internal procedures and requirements of ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025; * Issuing certificates and reports containing results, uncertainties, and technical observations; * Ensuring metrological traceability to national and international standards; * Adhering to safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Identifying and reporting non-conformities and improvement opportunities; * Participating in internal and external audits; * Conducting calibrations on instruments both at company facilities and at client sites (external environment); * Maintaining up-to-date calibration histories and equipment control records; * Workplace organization: Keeping the workplace organized and within controlled environmental conditions; * Incident handling: Efficiently managing incidents to ensure rapid and effective resolution; * Continuously suggesting improvements for greater laboratory efficiency; * Collaborating on the organization and standardization of departmental administrative activities; * Providing support for other departmental tasks as required; * Complying with the company's institutional guidelines.
