Requirements •Bachelor's or technical degree (preferred) in Administration, Engineering, Electromechanics, Electrotechnics, or related fields; •Experience in the role, with control and analysis of maintenance and/or services; •Knowledge of Excel and AI tools;•Organized, agile, and proactive profile, focused on results. Responsibilities •Organize and control the technical schedule, recording information in the specific system; •Support the team of consultants by providing technical assistance for preparing commercial proposals; •Plan and distribute commercial team requests to the technical team, optimizing resources; •Update and monitor operational indicators, supporting decision-making; •Route heavy maintenance contract service calls; •Other duties within the area.
