Technical support to customers and interface with internal team Your main responsibilities include: * Field electrical and electromechanical maintenance; * Diagnosis of electrical, electronic, and automation failures; * Adjustments and repairs on panels, cabling, sensors, and actuators; * Technical support to customers and interface with internal team; * Equipment startups, testing, and operational validation; * Recording of incidents and guidance on equipment usage; * Compliance with NR10, NR12, and NBR5410\. * Propose continuous improvements for greater departmental efficiency; * Collaborate on organizing and standardizing departmental activities; * Provide support for other departmental tasks when necessary; * Adhere to the company's institutional guidelines.
