**We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst** to join the **Corporate Team at IXC Soft**, based in **Chapecó-SC.**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Execute and validate accounts payable and receivable routines, ensuring compliance with internal policies and established deadlines;
* Perform bank and accounting reconciliations, ensuring integrity of financial information;
* Monitor actual and projected cash flow, identifying variances and proposing adjustments;
* Manage and track financial contracts (suppliers, customers, recurring services);
* Support monthly financial closing processes (cut-off, accruals, reclassifications);
* Assist the team in customer service;
* Contract management and billing audits;
* Identify delinquency, implement collection policies, and send maturity notifications;
* Analyze, improve, and document internal processes;
* Identify financial inconsistencies and propose structured solutions;
* Support feasibility analyses and low-to-medium complexity financial applications;
* Serve as the liaison between Finance and other departments (Procurement, Accounting, Tax, Sales);
* Interact with banks, suppliers, and customers to resolve financial matters;
* Support junior analysts in executing operational activities;
**EXPECTED DELIVERABLES**
* Reconciliations performed accurately and on time;
* Financial closing completed without significant pending items;
* Reduction of financial inconsistencies and operational rework;
* Efficient delinquency control and improvement in average receivables collection period;
* Reliable managerial reports delivered promptly;
* Continuous process evolution (efficiency and standardization).
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:**
* Minimum: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
* Preferred: Postgraduate degree or specialization in Finance, Controllership, or related areas;
**Experience:**
* Minimum 3–5 years in financial routines (AP, AR, Treasury);
* Experience with ERP systems and integrated routines (Finance × Accounting);
* Preferred experience in structured environments or medium-to-large enterprises;
**Technical Knowledge/Skills:**
* Cash flow management;
* Proficiency in accounts payable and receivable;
* Proficiency in administrative financial routines;
* Financial indicators (DSO, DPO, CCC, delinquency);
* Knowledge of finance;
* Financial data analysis and managerial reporting;
* Knowledge of more complex accounting standards;
* Knowledge of investments and financial applications;
* Basic knowledge of risk management;
* ERP system knowledge.
