Elevating the team's technical level and making difficult decisions **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM, with a 1h12 lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT We seek a Tech Lead to technically lead development squads building digital products, serving as the team’s primary technical reference and the bridge between business strategy and engineering execution. This professional will have true autonomy over architectural decisions, coding standards, and delivery quality, actively participating in development—not merely supervising. Beyond managing processes, we expect someone who elevates the team’s technical level and makes difficult decisions with clarity and accountability. Collaboration will be close with Product and Business areas, contributing to building sustainable, scalable solutions aligned with company objectives. **What You’ll Do:** * Technically lead the development team, reviewing architecture, code, and design decisions critically * Actively participate in building—not just reviewing—critical or highly complex features * Ensure quality standards: test coverage, versioning, minimum viable documentation, security, and observability * Collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering to translate business requirements into feasible, evolutionary technical solutions * Systematically identify and reduce technical debt without halting deliveries * Support developers’ technical growth (code reviews, pair programming, mentorship) **Requirements:** * .NET (C\#) — solid experience with REST APIs, domain-driven design (DDD), layered architecture or Clean Architecture * SQL Server — complex queries, relational modeling, performance, and data integrity * React — proficiency in functional components, state management, API integration, and modern tooling (Vite, TypeScript) * Git and collaborative versioning (PRs, branching strategy, code review) * Prior experience in a technical reference role or informal team leadership * Clear communication skills with non-technical stakeholders * **Nice-to-Haves:** * Python for automation, data scripting, or integration * Databricks or data engineering tools (pipelines, ETL, notebooks) * Experience with classical AI (predictive models, classifiers, applied regression) or generative AI (LLMs, RAG, agents, AI APIs) * Integration with messaging APIs (WhatsApp Business API, webhooks) * Familiarity with PostgreSQL in addition to SQL Server * **Profile That Fits Here:** A professional who prioritizes working code over heavy processes, tackles difficult technical decisions without delay, and balances delivery speed with sustainable quality. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
