




Job Summary: Professional for Level 2 in-person support, responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and technical support of systems and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for computer users This position is intended for candidates residing in the Southern region of Espírito Santo State (Cachoeiro de Itapemirim, Itapemirim, Alegre, Guaçuí, Atílio Vivacqua, Muqui, and Mimoso do Sul) Respond promptly and courteously to service requests assigned to Level 2 in-person support, adhering to standardized procedures and guidelines (or, in their absence, following established best practices), within agreed timeframes, based on knowledge base searches and available documentation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Respond promptly and courteously to service requests assigned to Level 2 in-person support; * Document solutions implemented to resolve incidents by completing the service closure form; * Perform installation, configuration, and updates of operating systems, software, and services provided, and verify proper functionality of these components as well as workstations; * Identify and resolve root causes of failures in equipment, operating systems, and/or installed applications; * Printer cleaning; * Monitor service quality by recording user complaints and observations during interactions; * Connect and configure workstations to corporate network, internet, intranet, and related services; * Collect information, locate and identify network data points, test basic connectivity, and activate/deactivate network data points; * Replace/format hard drives, including operating system installation, application deployment, backup restoration, and configuration; * Physically uninstall and reinstall microcomputers, printers, and/or general peripherals onto the network or locally; * Install and configure videoconferencing equipment and presentation/training equipment (e.g., projectors, large screens, etc.), and provide on-site assistance if required; * Install and configure institutional smartphones, multimedia projectors, Smartcard readers, tokens, webcams, barcode scanners, digital certificates, mice, keyboards, monitors, microphones, speakers, and other IT equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background:** Completed technical course or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology. **Certifications/Courses:** ITIL 4 Foundation certification preferred; Modern Desktop Windows 10 certification, or higher; Completion of “ITIL 4 Foundation” course, evidenced by official participation certificate; Course in computer assembly and maintenance. **Professional Experience:** Proven experience in technical support for computer users; Demonstrated customer/user support experience, verified via certificates or equivalent documents; Brazilian National Driver’s License (Category B) **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Hapvida, Bradesco Saúde, or Unimed health insurance plan (subject to local availability); Hapvida Odonto or Bradesco Dental dental insurance; Alelo food or meal allowance; Life insurance fully covered by Lanlink; Transportation allowance; Pharmacy benefits; University tuition discounts; Total Pass; Internal education platform; Moodar platform (therapy platform offering special rates for employees) Great to have you visit us virtually!
