PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to recruit professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order. 1\.3\. This selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Occupational Safety) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee's monthly premium fully covered by the company; dependent(s)' monthly premium borne by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift rotation will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the selected candidate upon call, and the candidate must confirm availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates who decline the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 44 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 5039\.75 **UNIT:** Rua Irma Giovanna Menechini Marbrasa \| Cachoeiro de Itapemirim ES \- 29313669 **Job Summary:** Delivers classes on theoretical and practical knowledge related to the occupational safety specialty, in accordance with the educational axes defined by the institution, and facilitates students' learning process in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, and seminars). SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Verification of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. Verification of the required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC) and/or; b) Declaration of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following graduation). Technical Course in Occupational Safety or qualification as an Occupational Safety Engineer. Verification of the required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Copy of valid Diploma/Certificate for the course. At least one of the following Regulatory Standards (NR) courses or a Machinery Operation course: NR10, NR20, NR33, NR35, or Forklift Operator, Backhoe Loader Operator, or Front-end Loader Operator. Verification of the required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Copy of valid Diploma/Certificate for the course. Proven professional experience in training activities, courses related to occupational safety, and occupational safety regulations. **VERIFICATION:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer's declaration containing the issuer's CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of service performed, along with a detailed description of duties carried out; b) Or copy of the Worker's Booklet and Social Security (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking the role to the position sought (only if the CTPS entry uses terminology corresponding to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to verify the required experience.
