Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Assistant / Warehouse Assistant to work in a hybrid capacity between warehouse and sales, ensuring organization, efficiency, and support to the team in customer service. Eme Mater is a multi-brand fashion and home decor store offering apparel and accessories from leading Brazilian brands such as Osklen and Lenny Niemeyer, as well as a curated selection of original design pieces by Gilberto Gomes, Hanna Englund Ceramics, Phai Design, Jacqueline Chiabay, Iludi Design, Juliana Nagle, and Luli Ateliê. We seek a Sales Assistant / Warehouse Assistant to work in a hybrid capacity between warehouse and sales, ensuring organization, efficiency, and support to the team in customer service. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise. * Verify invoices, product codes, sizes, and colors. * Maintain a clean, organized, and standardized warehouse to facilitate item location. * Prepare products for online sales, exchanges, and customer orders. * Restock merchandise in the sales area according to the store’s display guidelines. * Assist the sales team in locating sizes, colors, and models during customer service. * Support periodic inventory audits and stock counts. * Ensure the maintenance and preservation of store facilities, materials, and products. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, during business or afternoon hours, as scheduled. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Agility to handle high volumes of products and the dynamic routine of a fashion retail store. * Ability to work effectively in a team and strong communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in warehouse operations, retail logistics, or sales support in fashion retail. * Experience in customer service. * Familiarity with mobile phones, WhatsApp, and sales/warehouse management systems. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance. * Medical insurance. * Dental insurance. **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Employment type: Full-time CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws). * Salary: Starting at R$ 1.412,00 per month. * Additional compensation: 13th-month salary and overtime pay when applicable. **Working Hours** * Monday through Saturday. * Business or afternoon hours, depending on store needs. **Experience (Preferred)** * Warehouse, retail logistics, or customer service: minimum 6 months. **Work Location** * On-site in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim, ES.
