Job Summary: We are seeking a person central to the store’s daily operations, supporting in-person customer service, cash register operations, administrative support, and e-commerce logistics—working closely with the store’s partners. Personalized customer service and meticulous care for each client and item We seek a candidate available Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, assisting across five key areas: in-person customer service, digital customer service, cash register operations, administrative support, and e-commerce logistics support. This position is central to the store’s daily routine. You will work side by side with partners responsible for consultative sales and overall store and e-commerce management. Eme Mater is a multi-brand fashion and decoration store. We carry leading Brazilian brands such as Osklen, Lenny Niemeyer, and Marina Bitu, and curate original design pieces by Gilberto Gomes, Hanna Englund Ceramics, Phai Design, Jacqueline Chiabay, Iludi Design, Juliana Nagle, and Luli Ateliê. We address each client by name, recognize the preferences of repeat visitors, and treat every sale as an extension of our signature hospitality. **Requirements** * Reside in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim or in a nearby area with convenient access. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. * Basic proficiency in Instagram and WhatsApp Business for professional customer service. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and conscientious care for each item and each client. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, courtesy, and professional demeanor. * Completed high school education. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in fashion retail or multi-brand stores. * Experience in cash register and POS operations. * Interest in fashion, interior decoration, and original design. * Familiarity with management systems and CRM platforms. * Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms. * Familiarity with artificial intelligence systems. **Benefits** * Health insurance. * Dental insurance. * Transportation allowance. * Compensation and additional benefits. * Employment type: Full-time CLT contract, 36-hour weekly schedule. * Salary aligned with industry minimum wage standards. * Performance-based commission. * 13th-month salary and overtime pay when applicable. * Preferred Experience: * Sales. * Customer service. * Cash register operations. **Responsibilities** * In-person customer service: Greet clients in-store, present items, guide them through our curated selection, support ongoing sales, and close transactions when necessary. * WhatsApp and Instagram management: Respond promptly and attentively to messages on the store’s official channels (Direct messages on @ememater and the physical store’s WhatsApp), send requested photos, maintain active conversations, and convert inquiries into sales. Sensitive cases receive support from the designated supervisor. * Front-end cash register operations: Open and close the cash register; process card, PIX, and cash payments; perform cash withdrawals; issue fiscal invoices; and complete each sale courteously. Final packaging—including tissue paper, a small gift, and fragrance—is an essential part of concluding the customer experience. * Administrative support: Organize fiscal documents, manage office and packaging supplies inventory, fully register customers in the system, and conduct daily administrative reconciliation of sales. * E-commerce order fulfillment: Receive approved orders, select the correct items, verify quality, package according to store standards, and prepare packages for courier pickup.
