Here, you will have direct exposure to field operations, support from an experienced team, and room to learn and grow. * Conduct safety inspections in operational and administrative areas * Support incident and near-miss investigation and documentation * Assist in preparing and updating PPRA/PGR, PCMSO, and other safety documents * Conduct onboarding and basic safety training for employees * Monitor and inspect the use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs) * Support internal campaigns for accident prevention and occupational health * Organize safety files, reports, and technical assessments Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed technical education in Occupational Safety, with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) * Prior experience (internship or up to 2 years) in Occupational Safety * Basic knowledge of labor legislation and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations (NRs) * Availability for 100% on-site work * Ability to communicate effectively across departments and with diverse individuals * Organizational skills for document control, deadlines, and performance indicators **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in industrial, logistics, or construction environments * Participation in Internal Accident Prevention Committees (CIPA), emergency response teams, or safety committees * Knowledge of risk management tools (PGR, APR, PT, etc.) * Intermediate proficiency in Excel for reporting and controls
