We are looking for a **Planner - Focus on Strategic Engineering Project Management** to join our team of change-makers. We seek someone with strong analytical foundations, organizational skills, and interest in projects—who wants to grow technically and advance within an environment that values autonomy, collaboration, and continuous learning. **Responsibilities**: * Process mapping, analysis, and improvement; * Support for automation, documentation, and standardization of systems and workflows; * Monitoring of projects using predictive (waterfall) methodology, supporting planning, scheduling, deadline tracking, and more; * Use of Microsoft Project to support planning, monitoring, and updating of schedules; * Tracking of project KPIs and support in deviation analysis; * Requirements gathering, support in functional testing, and validations with involved departments; * Creation of reports, executive presentations, and supporting materials for stakeholders; * Other related departmental activities. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in STEM fields; **Preferred Qualifications**: * Postgraduate degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or related fields; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Knowledge of project management, preferably using predictive approaches; * Experience in project controls and schedule creation using Microsoft Project; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Familiarity with data analysis tools and process modeling; * Knowledge of construction project management; * Knowledge of CAPEX management.
