PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Occupational Safety) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal/voucher allowance for positions with a weekly workload of 44 hours; additional services offered by Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents; life insurance; health plan (with co-payment) \- employee’s monthly fee covered by the company, dependent(s)’ monthly fee borne by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must inform availability for the assigned schedule. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Proof of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. The required qualifications must be proven by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Declaration of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days after degree completion). TECHNICAL COURSE IN OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY\*\* .\*\* The required qualifications must be proven by: a) Copy of valid Diploma/Certificate for the course. AT LEAST ONE OF THE REGULATORY STANDARDS (NR) COURSES: NR5, NR10, NR11, NR12, NR20, NR33, NR35\. The required qualifications must be proven by: a) Copy of valid Diploma/Certificate for the course. VALID BRAZILIAN DRIVER’S LICENSE (CNH) – CATEGORY B, D, OR E (AT LEAST ONE IN ANY OF THESE CATEGORIES). FORKLIFT OPERATOR COURSE The required qualifications must be proven by: a) Copy of valid Diploma/Certificate for the course. **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in training activities, courses related to Occupational Safety, and Occupational Safety regulatory standards. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service rendered, and detailed description of activities performed; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Social Security Card (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only acceptable if CTPS job title matches that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the job title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
